How do I register for a tournament?
Open the tournament from the Tournaments tab, tap Register, choose your category, and follow the steps. Depending on the event you may register solo, with a partner, or with a team.
How do payments work?
Registration fees are set by the event organizer. Depending on the event, you can pay online by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (processed securely by Stripe), or pay at the venue. For refunds, contact us or the event organizer — refunds follow the organizer's policy for that event.
How do teams and partner invitations work?
You can create a team and invite members by email, or accept invitations from other athletes. A registration is confirmed once the required teammates or your partner accept their invitations.
A registration requires parental consent — what does that mean?
For athletes under the age set by the event's rules, a parent or legal guardian must approve the registration by email before it is confirmed.
How do I report offensive content or an abusive user?
Email us at hello@tournnwa.com with a link or screenshot of the content and the user's name. We review every report promptly and remove violating content and offending accounts, typically within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data.
