These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tournwa mobile application. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Tournwa.

1. What Tournwa Is

Tournwa is a platform that connects athletes with sports tournaments, games, and training sessions run by independent organizers in the United Arab Emirates. Tournwa is not the organizer of these events. Event details, schedules, fees, and rules are set by the organizers.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• Registrations for minor athletes require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account).

3. Registrations, Payments & Refunds

• Registration fees are set by event organizers and shown before you confirm a registration.
• Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Some events also allow payment at the venue.
• All registrations are for real-world, in-person sporting events. Fees are paid to the event, not for any digital content.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the organizer's policy for that event. Contact the organizer or our support team for refund requests.

4. User Content & Zero Tolerance for Abuse

You can create content in Tournwa — a profile photo and bio, team names and logos, and partner-search posts. You are responsible for the content you create. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that:

• Is offensive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or defamatory.
• Is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activity.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.
• Infringes someone else's rights, including copyright and privacy.

5. Reporting & Moderation

You can report objectionable content or abusive users to us at hello@tournnwa.com. We review reports promptly, and we will remove content that violates these Terms and suspend or permanently ban the responsible account, typically within 24 hours of a verified report.

6. Participation at Your Own Risk

Sports involve physical activity and a risk of injury. You participate in events at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate. Tournwa is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in events organized by third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the service.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use of Tournwa after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
